Within your data keywords can be extracted so that data rows can be removed or selected. You can supply us a list of keywords and we will scan these accross your data and identify the words it finds.

We can even allow for fuzzy searching which will take into account any mis-spellings or logical abbreviations.

Keyword selections can be useful for:

  • Selecting out certain job functions and related titles, either to keep or remove from file. This can be useful for specifically targeting certain job roles

  • Seeking out out common data capture items such as Remove / Gone Away / Deceased.

  • Identifying specific companies within file, taking into account the differing versions that may apply, eg.UBC Company, Upright Bridges Construction Limited, Upright Bridges Construction Ltd, Upright Bridges.
