Central to Sharp Cat is our firm quality ethos, which in real terms means that we work to a specific structure of process, system and staff checks to make sure that data and components are correctly output before release.

What is quality?

A modern definition of quality derives from Juran's "fitness for intended use." This definition basically says that quality is "meeting or exceeding customer expectations."

There are many definitions of quality so we have listed here what we expect you to receive when we define quality:

  • Error free, value-added care and service that meets or exceeds both your needs and legitimate expectations

  • A degree of excellence” – Webster’s Dictionary

  • Unobtrusively meeting the needs of the customer

  • If the service does what the supplier says it will do and what the customer wants it to do, then it is a quality service

  • A product or service that meets or surpasses all requirements

  • The customers definition of quality is the only one that counts.

  • Quality is not achieved by doing different things. It is achieved by doing things differently.

    • Sharp Cat quality is about giving you the service level that you expect so that you are free to concentrate on your other business activities.

    Many DM companies cite quality but when you delve into this the processes behind it are rather vague.
