Marketing Manager, Specialist Tour Operator
Many marketing activities that we carry out ultimately end up as mailing packs. At the end of the line, the importance of proper collation of mailing packs can sometimes be underrated. If your packs are not properly worked then the time and effort that has been spent on the data and printed material may be wasted. First impressions do count and for this reason it is important to us that your mail packs are properly collated.
We want your mailing to go out correctly and on time and to make sure that this happens we work closely with you regarding progress, practicalities and mailing date.
To ensure correct collation of all mailings, however many packs they involve, we generate mailing bundle slips and accompanying sheets which match your data records. Each collator works with these and:
Quality checks are made on all mailings by assessing general pack quality and opening up packs to check contents. Checks are notated onto central control sheets before mail is released for posting.
These simple but effective procedures ensure that you do not have to worry about mistakes such as 2 letters enclosed into 1 envelope, packs enclosed backwards or skewed address labels.
Our work is carried out in-house and our policy is not to send your mailings out to people’s houses for the simple reason that this makes quality less controllable.
